The conceptual design of the residential and service development complex in the center of Krakow was created with the idea of harmoniously incorporating new buildings into the historical fabric of the city. The complex consists of four five-story buildings, which refer to the characteristic downtown development with their form and architectural detail.<\/p>\n

One of the key aspects of the project was to divide the buildings into smaller segments to avoid the effect of a monumental block and create a more friendly scale of development, in line with the historical context of the place.
