The presented building complex is a modern production plant with an extensive office, service and exhibition structure, the basis of which are the building assumptions. The investment combines industrial, utility and representative functions, creating a coherent and functional whole.<\/p>\n
The main goal of the project was to create a modern, energy-efficient and low-emission working environment that meets both high technological requirements and the representative needs of the investor.<\/p>\n
The complex of buildings includes a production and storage hall with a high-bay warehouse and internal social facilities, as well as an independent, representative office building and a showroom. The administrative and exhibition part was designed using CLT (cross-laminated timber) technology, which significantly reduces the building’s carbon footprint and ensures high energy efficiency.<\/p>\n
A two-story showroom in the entrance area creates a unique space for displaying machines, organizing presentations, conferences and meetings with clients. Large glazing provides optimal lighting of the interior with natural light, and the external panels used protect against excessive heating.<\/p>\n
