The development complex project includes the construction of three multi-family residential buildings with commercial and retail units, underground garages and landscaping. The floors 1-6 locally also include commercial units. The site is located in the southern part of Krakow. It is a dynamically developing neighborhood, which makes the location particularly attractive for both the residential and service parts of the planned buildings. The location provides excellent communication with other parts of the city thanks to the proximity of public transportation (buses, streetcars) and the road network.<\/p>\n
Entrances to the buildings are planned from the side of the internal square with comfortable pedestrian routes and greenery, where the entrances to the commercial premises are also located.
