Horizone Studio sometimes also acts as a consultant and contact architect.<\/p>\n

For a period of 2.5 years, we have been advising and performing quality supervision on the Krakow investment of the Austrian company Schachermayer.<\/p>\n

Our activities as part of the investor’s team on this investment are similar to Horizone Studio’s work about 5 years ago on the Rolls Royce Marine Service investment in Gdynia.<\/p>\n

In Piekary, near Krakow, a Schachermayer office building with a warehouse section – the company’s headquarters in Poland – is under construction.<\/p>\n

The investor is Schachermayer Polska<\/strong><\/a> – the Polish branch of the Austrian Schachermayer company<\/p>\n

The author of the conceptual design of the building is Helmut Siegel Office<\/strong><\/a> from Linz<\/p>\n

Horizone Studio, acting as part of the team on the investor’s side, supervised the design process, verified the project assumptions, and currently conducts quality supervision of the implementation, reporting directly to the investor.<\/p>\n

Investor supervision on the investor’s side is performed by Bilfinger-Tebodin<\/strong> o. Krakow.<\/p>\n

The author of the documentation of the construction project in the detailed design is APA Zalewski Bubak office.<\/strong><\/p>\n
