The largest jointly implemented projects are the Textorial Park II office and service complex project in Ksi\u0119\u017cy M\u0142yn in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a and the SILO ecological district in Jaworzno. Textorial Park II received the BREEAM Excellent certificate and at the time of certification it was the highest rated office facility in Poland according to BREEAM International NC 2016. It is worth adding that this project includes, among others: revitalization of historic buildings belonging to the former K.W. factory Scheibler, so even more demanding. SILO is a larger-scale undertaking, Horizone Studio prepared for us a project for the development of 20 ha of post-industrial land in Jaworzno, and we can boast of the first BREEAM Communities certificate for a residential project in Central and Eastern Europe. Each time, the architects ensured a high standard of the project, were responsible for obtaining permits and participated in defining functional solutions, and also proposed a number of ecological solutions and &#8211; what is important for us &#8211; allowed us to keep almost half of the area biologically active for the local community in Jaworzno.
