A major advantage is the view, to the north, of the Ws\u0142a River. The conditions of the plot and its geographical layout meant that the most rational design solution was to form a compact frontage of development along Portowa Street, creating a development quarter approximately 70 m long. The designed building was to be oriented to the south, which would allow for optimal sunlight for the apartments, including two-sided apartments with a view of the river and the planned city park."}
