Located as part of the development should be all the faculties of the Academy (the didactic part), a main concert hall for about 550 people, four large rehearsal rooms (orchestra, choir, organ and theatrical-vocal) an administrative part including the rectory and the senate hall, a library and common spaces, and in addition a building with guest rooms. The multifunctional interior space within the buildings should adhere to the green context of the surroundings (conserving the four mature trees already on the site) creating a friendly and inspiring environment for study. The concept for the Music Academy should also comply with urban planning guidelines for development of the planned Music Center in Grzeg\u00f3rzki, both of which are located in the vicinity of the same park. \u21d2 See also pictures from the competition design stage"}
