The construction period of the project was 19 months (06.2013-12.2014). The general contractor was STRABAG. Horizone Studio designers exercised author&#8217;s supervision on the construction site for the last 1.5 years. The modern Class A building with a total area of about 12,100 sqm was built at 175 Sienkiewicza Street, on the plot where the municipal swimming pool &#8220;Olimpia&#8221; used to be located. About 800 IT professionals will find work in the modern office and conference spaces. \u21d2 More information about the project Ericpol&#8217;s new headquarters has been designed to maximally reduce operating costs and limit the negative impact of the investment on the environment. The X-shaped building allows for optimal use of land and flexible management of office space. The building is saturated with advanced technological solutions, such as the TABS thermoactive ceiling system, the BMS system integrating the operation of all installations, the building&#8217;s neural model, and control and monitoring systems."}
